Drafted (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website getdrafted.co.uk. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

When you use Drafted, we may collect:
- Account information: email address and password (hashed)
- Business profile data: business name, contact details, trade type, hourly rate, VAT number, and business logo
- Quote data: customer names, addresses, job descriptions, and generated quote text
- Payment data: processed securely by Stripe - we do not store your card details
3. How we use your data
We use your data to:
- Provide the Drafted quote generation service
- Process your subscription payments via Stripe
- Generate professional quotes using AI (your job details are sent to our AI provider to create quote text)
- Communicate with you about your account
4. Data storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted in the EU). Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
5. Third-party services
- Supabase: database and authentication
- Stripe: payment processing
- Anthropic: AI quote generation
