These terms govern your use of Drafted (getdrafted.co.uk), an AI-powered quote generation service for UK tradespeople. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Drafted provides AI-assisted quote generation for trade professionals. Quotes are generated using artificial intelligence and should be reviewed for accuracy before sending to customers. You are responsible for the content of any quotes you send.

3. Free trial and subscription

• New accounts include a 7-day free trial with full access
• After the trial, a paid subscription (currently £29/month) is required to continue creating quotes
• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and can be cancelled at any time
• Existing quotes remain accessible after cancellation

4. Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate business and contact information
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated quotes before sending them to customers
• You must not use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure

5. Intellectual property

Quotes generated through Drafted belong to you. The Drafted brand, logo, and software remain our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of liability

Drafted is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of AI-generated quotes, including pricing errors, inaccuracies, or misunderstandings with your customers. Always review quotes before sending.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
